🔐 Data Ownership, Backup & Vendor Exit Support
Envitrace is designed around transparency and portability: your plant remains the owner of CPCB/SPCB credentials. We maintain local data backup and queued uploads (where infrastructure permits), provide full data exports (CSV/JSON), share configuration details, and offer basic technical handover to ensure continuity.
⚙ Smart Retry & Delayed Upload Handling
The Envitrace logger attempts real-time API submission first; on failure it retries up to 3 times. Undelivered data is queued locally and can be transferred via a delayed upload URL when connectivity returns. All attempts are logged for audit.

Prices mentioned (₹24,999 + GST for the first year, ₹14,999 + GST per additional year) are introductory offers and apply per monitoring station. Renewal offer valid only with 2-year extension before 31 December. Offer excludes on-site civil/electrical work, new analyzer hardware, and board registration fees. Full backup support depends on plant infrastructure and regulator portal capabilities. Integration covers standard CPCB/SPCB APIs; custom variants may require additional scoping.
